Judge less. get rid of elitist attitudes and make it fun. One addition I would suggest is a sub forum not linked to the main page for irrelevant **** talk. Call it the shed or something off topic shenanigans can go there. We do already have this Sub-Forum -> Bay 13 If you log out as if you were not...

Sounds like a good idea, but we do already see the Date Joined which gives an indication of membership duration.

Would take a bit of messing with the Code, but probably could be done if other members think it's a better option?

I have removed the post count for now. You can still see the Top Posters on the home page or if you view any specific member's profile. The ranking system is still in place. Let's see if this actually makes a difference to the quality of the content posted on the site... Still open for discussion as...
