Headed down to Mordialloc again this morning armed with my jigs - unfortunately no squid. The guy next to me suspected that my jigs were too big as he was using a 2.5 and caught two little hoods.

Oh well, you can always just enjoy the view!

iv never heard of silver perch on surface lures, great job!

Just goes to show that fish will eat just about anything
