Re: Large HB's for Reds - PPB shallow
its always worth a try, that's half the fun right. if you want some smaller lures to try that dive deep, 8-10m, have a look at AC slim invader 50mm and the halco poltergiest 50mm crazy deep. predatek boomerangs have some really deep divers. or a bit bigger, rapala taildancer, bandit walleye deep's i...

A great storage option that I've used for a few years now for Zman/Bait Junkies and other elastech plastics & jigheads are the Moncross tackle trays. They're a swiss company who used to be partnered with Zman making ABS plastic 'Safe' trays for elastech plastics. https://www.moncrossswiss.com/tackle...

Re: Daiwa Beefstick Z vs UglyStik Gold II
Hi Sneaky1, As someone without a yak, i would also rather be on one haha! But, I can see how pier fishing would be a more reliable option pier wise. I recently got an 802 Beefstick Z and absolutely loved it. Balanced perfectly with a 4000 thunnus. I had to leave it in brisbane where I bought it, and...

Tootgarook and Capel Sound doing well
Hi All, I have been fishing Capel Sound for squid and Tootgarook for whiting and doing really well. On Friday just gone we caught 21 squid and 19 whiting. Looks like winter fishing is alive and well. Hopefully this can be the trend now that there are no more netters in the bay.
