Re: The search for perch.

That's a great effort . Plenty of them down where you have mentioned so it's a matter of spending some time trying to find the buggers.

Great report lightning makes me want to rig up the surf rod and cast lures into the gutters.
Thanks mate :)
I never get sick of casting lures and getting that hit and you’re on!
You should give it a go. Now is a great time to be out there giving it a crack
Cheers.

Yarra snapper

Yet another successful outing today, been fishing pretty hard around the city lately and getting consistent results  Fished large soft plastics in the yarra around richmond early this morning and managed a nice snapper of 54cm. Fought very hard for its size too, thought it was a decent jew...

Re: Worms for Freshwater

The best worms I have found are those dug up. The main ones are the flat tails which can be found under cow dung and several types of native scrub worms. Scrubbies have the advantage of being moderate to large warms. They can be cast without a sinker allowing natural presentation in streams and no r...

thought i'd do an intro

Hey guys, been on this page for a little bit of time and thought I'd do an intro, loving the tips, tricks, and reports that this page has to offer. So, I am 17 years of age completing year 12 at the moment and absolutely love fishing. I try to get out as much as I can but that is usually limited to ...
