Social distancing on a boat

I understand that under all circumstances you need to remain 1.5mts form other people unless you live with them,that you can now have up to 5 people in your home and socialise with up to 10 people outdoors. Sounds like its just not practical taking anyone other than a family member out on a boat...sharing equipment, bumping into each other, etc.
