Re: Diver killed by speeding boat

Sad outcome. But dont always blame the boat guy straight away. Many a time I have seen divers without flags . And even with flags they can be hard to see. Add some choppy conditions and it's a suicidal mission for the divers. Not to mention snorkelers that shouldn't be in areas where there's high b...

Re: Diver killed by speeding boat

Very sad and tragic.

Condolences to the family and to all those that were involved in dealing with the incident, would have been hard on everyone.

Regards, Bill

Nice kayak and set up what kayak is that?
And well done on the gummies and schoolies.
They are both Lovig Kahawai the old model with out the seat, I got them on special for around $600 each.
Then I've added a boat load of extras to get them to what you can see.

Re: Ebay win tonight bargain or POS

Was using Abu 7000"S last week and realised that my thumb was pretty much touching the spool immediately after casting. Must of been a habit I picked up after countless bird nests. Beauty of this habit is that fishing at night when you can't see your rig, enables you to clamp down on the spool BEFOR...

Hi everyone, My name is Gus. I have been on this forum for a number of years. Went from the old Fish-Vic to this one but never really posted anything and then drifted away from fishing as other things in life took over. I am back now and decided to check out the site, say g'day and get back into fis...

Very nice. Would love to have an olive tree, but I have a small backyard. Perhaps there's a dwarf olive tree I grow in a big pot.
Or put one in the ground and keep it trimmed.
Nothing a good hair cut won't fix
