Another great trout year despite your various aches and pains. We will never know but it would be interesting to know how many of these trout you have caught and released on one or more occasions - I am sure there would be quite a few few!

It is interesting that Australian Salmon get a universal thumbs down! I have eaten smoked salmon and they were quite OK done that way - and in fish cakes. Sad that such a good looking and good to catch fish does so poorly on the table!
