The Short of it is ~ F**k ALL was accomplished ~ no real solution was found .. Pro's should fish bass strait if it's for commercial gain. the small bays should not be netted if they need to invest in a more sea going vessel for bass strait then so be it. So I guess any one can pretty much buy a 15 ...
