Re: ''Give Spinning Tasmania's Rivers A Go''
Thanks for that, hopefully I will soon be able to put some fishing reports on this forum. We've had so much rain here in the North that I haven't been able to get into a river yet, plus it's been gale force winds as well. Now they're forcasting snow down to 100 meters here tomorrow so it's another d...

That's a great start to the season toygtr, nice report and top photos. Still can't get into a river here in the North of Tassie as it's still windy and raining it's guts out and they're running high and dirty. They are nice browns too, good job.

Re: lures for trout
Here in Tassie I use the Mepps Black Fury's and Bug spinners through out the trout season and have found them quite good. Also CD1 Rapala's in the rainbow & trout patterns. I only fish the rivers and streams here though, rarely fish the lakes. cheers Adrian ive been using Rapala CD-3's of late, jus...

All you can do BC is to keep on trying and maybe give it a go on the s/sw blow as suggested. Every bit of advice helps and let's hope you'll soon be rewarded mate.
