Staying at Point Leo any recommendations for land-based spots?
Not species-specific, but taking lure, squid and bait set ups.

Re: any kayak anchor recommendations?
Could've use a loop connected to any solid fixing with anchor trolley traversed. That's how I have it setup, but mine has a shackle that connects to one of the side bungies (old school Revo). Could get a Railblaza cleat for your setup. As for the anchor itself - got myself a Cooper's one, with half ...

Re: Melbourne Boat Show 2023
Went. Is crap. Only discussion I had outside of buying Rui jigs and chin weights was complementing offshore boats nz on their amazing welds and trailers. Ridiculously cool gear compared to aussie offerings. The price of new boats can dead set **** off haha nearly everytime i go fishing around melbo...

Sandringham Rock Wall
Hoping to try a new land based spot, Sandy Rock wall got a few mentions in reports...
Any suggestions on parking and areas to try? Mainly targeting squid but will flick SP's too.
I've read a few older posts on this area - but have no idea if the access / parking have changed since then?
