Re: Reel Bearings, ceramic or stainless?
Also I'm sure stainless steel has grades, pretty sure most do rust in the fishing environments. As for personal reference I prefer shielded bearings over the rubber seal.

Re: Reel Bearings, ceramic or stainless?
4x7x2.5 fits most line roller and handle which should be the highest demand.

Re: Reel Bearings, ceramic or stainless?
For baitcast most would prefer ceramic on the casting spool but for gear and roller i guess stainless? How rust proof is the Stainless steel bearing that he is selling? Keen on stocking up too.

Re: Stradic FK
As for servicing reel, i dont recomend doing it if you are not comfortable. But if you do decide to do it grease on gear and a drop of oil on bearing, too much grease will only be debris magnet. And if its you first time, do not open bail arm.

Re: majorcraft Skyroad seabass rods
The rod will perform its best if you fish in open water, it is design for angler who fishes from shore or wading casting hollow body lure (hardbody or vibe). From my understanding of mulloway fishing in victoria, its better off if you get the boat version of seabass rod.
