Check out RealEstate.com - follow prompts - Prices etc. for Lakes Entrance will be displayed.
Compare price of established home to build it price.
Sometimes a visit to the house you want to buy, and a chat with the owners can save considerably fees.
Also investigate doing your own Conveyancing - Is relatively simple and saves you $$$.
Good Luck

I've been told a few times by older gents that their biggest regret in life was not spending more time with their families (especially their kids when they were young).
...& dont forget that old chestnut, "happy wife, happy life".
Good luck mate, it's a nice problem to have.

Spending time with your family and raising your kids the right way with love is worth more than all the money in the world.
And don’t forget your health.

I'll tell you one of the worst investments I ever made regarding return, owning a bloody boat !.
But you cant put a price on enjoyment I suppose. [/quote]
Luckily I have never put a price on my boat and fishing gear I probably could retire now if I had invested that money.
