Check Digitaka.com and look for Shimano SLX BFS or Curado BFS. Should be within your budget.
It's from Japan and express delivery, arrive in about a week.
I bought a lot of stuff from there and they're genuine.

McCredden in Bendigo got this Rapala Trailblaza. For the price when it's on sale at $130 is a good rod.
I missed the sale and I emailed them, and they let ordered it at the sale price. Free delivery too.
A bit short, more suitable for rivers. You can still use for lakes of course. But longer rods are better for lakes.
