Nice work! Carp fishing always good pass time for winter.
There is always more to learn , fish to catch , places to see and friends to make.

Just curious. Is there any point leaving carp out of a man made lake?

Apart from the fact that it's illegal, no not really
What is more disturbing is the fact that this lake has no inflow from any watercouse, it is filled by storm water off houses, so how does it have carp in it ???
I believe some people are transferring carp into these waters where 99% of fish wouldn't survive
Is it wrong ???, yes. Is it hurting the environment ???, I don't think so
This is all "IMO" & the law states NO you can't

I didn't think it was worth fishing for carp in the cold weather
I thought summer was the go
Not far from me, maybe the new TNA

Where my brother lives in Lara there is a man made lake with carp and red fin also im told. I think most of the lakes in the new estates end up with carp. Dont see the harm in carp being in them, but i don’t know

Don't know about Manor Lakes, but, if you saw the water in Cherry Lake, you would know a native couldn't live in it.
The "old" TNA was the same, similar to laundry water
