I was with club marine, swapped over to racv as their recent quote was better priced and suited my boat storage arrangements (boat lift). Cant fault either of them however I have never had a claim.

Got a quote of 645 club marine $380 from RACV
Bloody hell, that works out to be $44 per magazine... Think it's time for me to change insurers!

Club Marine is consistently more expensive than almost any other insurer. If you have the time, it is a relatively easy experience to get on-line quotes from a range of insurers then look at customer reviews for the most attractive before making a decision. Do need to make sure though that the level of cover and other conditions are comparable.
