I would normally say that even without catching anything it was better to be out fishing then home in the recliner......but this time the recliner may have been the better option. :(
On the, it would have been better back home on your recliner, a few of us have felt that way. Only thing, not sure if we would all fit on your recliner :-D

Nice family photo Bill

Thanks rb, but that was a borrowed family, mine is a bit more like The Addams family, full of lovable characters, just not as normal as The Jones

Are you fester Bill.

Well Mr rb , , , ,

I seem to wake up feeling like Lurch
Have the silly exuberance of Uncle Fester
Delude myself thinking I have the suaveness of Gomez Addams
Wish I had hair like Cousin It (actually any hair would be good)
And dream of the sultry Goddess that Mortica Addams is
But mostly annoying like Pugsley Addams

So , , , , let's go with Fester Bill :-D

Went to sanctuary lakes for breams on lure, caught nothing. The best was a tap on zman grub with weedless hook when its on the bottom. While the bait fisho guy next to me catching fish after fish on bait, one with running sinker and the other under a float. Straight away I remembered this post. It's so tempting to just put a bait out.

For the more experienced bream fishos, should I strike asap after the 'tap'? Or wait for better hit and load before striking?
My breams on lure record is terrible. Managed to get few taps usually but not on.
