Goulburn river report 7-10-18

Post by Sinsemilla » Mon Oct 08, 2018 3:36 pm

Just a quick one without photos.

The Goulburn is running a bit high making the fishing a bit difficult. Didn't see much until we went to the Rubicon. I hooked 2 browns around the 30+cm mark but dropped them both. My old man and his mate landed 3 fish between them on worms and maggots around the 20cm mark.

A slow session but the weather made up for it. Nothing like having a snooze by the stream in the shade on a nice bit of soft grass.

Cheers, Anth

Still sounds alright mate.
Always a good session when it’s spent with the old man

Cheers LX, Only when I'm catching bigger fish than he is!
