Hi all
I'm looking for ideas for some 2500 size reels for a couple of new ting rods I've ordered, will be running 10lb braid, any suggestions welcome

I just run sienna 2500's no need for high tech stuff for ting, if you want ruggedness then the penn slammer 260's.
He who has the most fishing rods WINS ! :ts:

Stradic Ci4. Awesome reel. Have 2500 and 4000. Upgraded drags to carbon fibre. Smooth and light.

These are my favourite rods...until recently I had a Sustain 2500 on one of them and swapped it for a Nasci as I thought the Sustain was overkill. The Nasci is a surprisingly good reel for the $109 I paid for it. The other rod has a symetre 2500 which is perfect.

Shimano 2500 sienna is a great little reel, been using them for a few years now very smooth and solid and even better you can pick them up for anywhere between $50-$70

Yep I’d probably just go the sienna as well. Got a few of them and for the money a top reel

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I dropped into Anaconda after work and ended up grabbing a couple of Nasci's for $109ea, they seem like nice quality reels for the money and silky smooth.
