Could you get an OK one for a few hundred bucks or do you need to spend a bit more? Hate to buy a rubbish one and waste my money for the sake of waiting and saving a bit more.ducky wrote:If you fish closed waters that aren’t too far to travel over water there is seriously no better fishing craft imo. Saving up for one. Saved up for things in the past though too which other things ate. Hopefully this effort will make the distance.
Would appreciate any info at all on them.
This is mine and it’s absolutely awesome.

I use a pair of smaller swim style fins. A mate uses snorkelling style fins. He is faster but my fins don’t smash your ankles up.
They are the best snag fishing vessel you can buy imo. Including slayers/other yaks with reverse. As soon as you hook up you can really put the hurt on the fish by kicking back at the same time as pumping and winding.
Here’s one of the fish I pulled out of a very snaggy waterway. We bought the tubes specifically to fish this location. Was one of the best investments I made at around $265 delivered.
