Hey guys hope everyone had a good new year's Thor I'd share this whiting I got with Stevepurpleive fellow member. We were looking for whiting wile whiting fishing a mate said let's try deeper I got good fish there so we went to 2.5 m form 3 m sure enough we found Em the and the Monster jumping on coming in at 46cm my pb for sure you know there big when u do a compare from normal whiting head to this one and when fillets look like a gummy

was a beast that fish, ive never seen one that big before.. great day out on the water but the damn whiting had other plans i think
ps - i ended the year with a donut (undersized pinkie on bait doesnt count apparently lol)

What happened to you only usong plastics?

Hahaha i knew you were going to pickup on that.
I didnt want to spook the fish. So kept using bait with the others. Besidez i cant fis plastics in weed beds properly
I still used plastics when i could and dropped something massive that bent the jighead. Not sure what it was suspect a good pinky / snapper id say

I thought with your highly trained plastic jigs you could fish anywhere lol.
