product review
since we all buy way too much some good some bad i thought i would start with the Daiwa generation black rod 702lfs model Scratchy lure 1-5g line 1.5 -3kg i recently got this as a present so took it down to brighton pier for a crack i was using a 1/8 jighead 6lb braid the rod casts the 1/8 very the handle fits well in the hand and comfy now i was lazy and fished from 10am to 12am not prime time but picked up a small 25cm bay trout as it should handle the fish easy and you could feel the rod have no problem handle much bigger fish overall well made rod and a pleasure to use

Re: product review
I have a couple of Gen Black rods (Humphead/Sustain 4000 & Wicked Weasel/Stradic 3000)...really happy with them, & truth be known I prefer them over the Shimano equivalents.
If there is such a thing as an 'all-rounder' rod and reel, I'd reckon it would be one of these.
