Techically speaking the oerson who took the photo owns it.
But its morally not the right thing to do.

Many pics are stolen on fb and reproduced elsewhere. Not much use chasing after it tbh. Most of the time its crying over spilt milk..
This is comig from limited dabbling over digital photography in the last 5 years or so.

I say digital specifically because in the older days you only had hard copies and unless you handed them over to someone then those pics were your own and the photographer usually had the negatives..

for that to work you have to have a minimum of 1000 friends hahaha, out of that 1000 maybe 100 might like the photo, its a cutthroat world out there, too many people with exists and stellas catching squid and posting on facebook..
