Gunnamatta and stony point

Hey guys.
Hit gunners this morning was ok till surfers rocked up
Like blow flies.

Got 1 salmon and a travelly.

Decided to drive around try sonewhere different stony point cane to mind.

Was quiet wgen i got there then the couta started had some fun on light gear
And got 1 nice size pike.

That was my fun today.
Tomorrow inverloch.

Best way to ward off surfers is warn them you have been burying heavily.

Or go fish somewhere else. Surfing breaks are few and far between. Fishing spots are everywhere.

Nice fish a trev from the surf is great fun fight harder than salmon, you get around

Looks more like a pike or snook always have trouble with those two.. but couta I recognize. but from that angle it may be a couta ? but couta are silverish all over ?

It is a pike few fisho's wanted it.
Couta where a fraction smaller but vicious lil f'ers

A few surfers where nice and kept away.
Just the smartasses cut through.
So me being i casted at them.

Cheers lightening im on fire there so far.

Yeah nude up he put on a show.
I think there was a school of trevelly there i used fresh squid and every cast i had a hit and run.

Did loose a few but hey thats fishing
