Brighton or Sandy this weekend 24/12/16

Post by masteroforion » Thu Dec 22, 2016 10:16 am

Hi All,

newbie here! Planning on going this Saturday with the kids, just wanted to get your take on where's the best place between the two (or somewhere else relatively close to them). Planning on going 6am-10am. No preferred species to catch, just want to give me and the kids a fun experience.

TIA!

Hi mate :P
Over the years I have fished both those spots plenty of times and have done well from both.
Each day is different.
If you are taking the kids, maybe take some burley and see if you can get onto some gars? They will love it.
Have caught them from both spots ;-)
Good luck

Thanks! I'll probably grab some burley on my way home today!

Hey Mate...you might want to fish an hour each side of high tide (High Tide is about 11am) Try to leave before the kids get bored or they wont want to go again...bribe them with an icecream & a swim as well (; Plenty of pinkies around at the moment, good luck!

Or another option at this time of the year would be going for kgw in front of the baths from Brighton pier
