Sandy breakwater had 17 guys fishing at 6 am.
On the inside of the wall that was.Wind was a onshore .In the two minutes i stood and
watched i saw 3 size pinkies landed.
The last two weeks when the weather allows a few boats have being laying just off Hampton.
About 150 -200 meters offshore.

I noticed that when I drove past the other day as well. 4 or 5 boats right out the front within casting distance.
