I don't know if they were getting them off the rock wall bowl, I didn't go for a walk to see ? but everyone on the actual pier did get fish.

I was hoping to see fisheries turn up because some people were keeping throw backs, we kept 10 legal fish and threw back at least 20+ fish.

Some people need a decent fine and their gear taken away to wake them up !

Yup the lack of fisheries n regular checks on land base fishos is very low....IMO

Been checked once by fisheries when land base fishing in 5 year's.

Tho when I am in the boat its at least 3-4 times a year....
To many boats kayak, helicopter , catch a fish,catch a fish

Good haul there Rustie! Good feed indeed.

Mate said the same thing, he went out bagged out Saturday night at Brighton. Said to go the next day and I said nope cos the minute people find out, that pier will be like Flinders Station haha

Thank you guys.. Went down last nite with mazman n basti.. not even a bite... and later basti went down to the end and caught a few small undersize pinkies n release them..
