I don't know if they were getting them off the rock wall bowl, I didn't go for a walk to see ? but everyone on the actual pier did get fish.bowl wrote:Where they catching them around the bend on rockwall as well?
I was hoping to see fisheries turn up because some people were keeping throw backs, we kept 10 legal fish and threw back at least 20+ fish.
Some people need a decent fine and their gear taken away to wake them up !

Yup the lack of fisheries n regular checks on land base fishos is very low....IMOhornet wrote:I don't know if they were getting them off the rock wall bowl, I didn't go for a walk to see ? but everyone on the actual pier did get fish.bowl wrote:Where they catching them around the bend on rockwall as well?

Been checked once by fisheries when land base fishing in 5 year's.
Tho when I am in the boat its at least 3-4 times a year....
To many boats kayak, helicopter , catch a fish, catch a fish

Awesome job! Can't wait for another couple of years when all the trawler boats are gone, the bay is going to be nuts!
