Burley formulas and recipes
Whilst technically this is "Other fishing equipment", I thought to include information about Burley, with Burley pots.
Firstly, this is about ideas and some information. Because you are on the internet, you already know how to use a search engine. I am not going to put you in high chair, place a bib on you and then spoon fed you.
So do not message me, or ask questions about what to use, when and where or I will give you a little holiday.
Secondly What not to use.
It is Illegal to use blood or by products such as meat or offal (kidneys, liver etc) from mammals. Mammals are warm blooded creatures, that includes, horses, cows, sheep, goats, kangaroos, wombats, rabbits and idiots.

Re: Burley formulas and recipes
Firstly we will start with burley for Garfish and Mullet. The idea is to attract the fish and not to fed them.
1) Potato, yes mashed potato makes a very fine burley mixture. To this you could add fish oil, curry powder or scent such as that made by Stimulate.
The oil that comes out sardine cans can also be used.
2) Bread or bread crumbs, make sure that the bread crumbs are very fine.
Add the same ingredients as above.
Add the water from the area you are fishing to the mixture.
