Heaps of EELS
The young guy next door took his girlfriend out EELING at St Leonards pondage/lake 2 nights ago and caught 14 monster EELS in no time,'Must be riddled with them-Best is night time and chicken hearts

1st - I thought you had gone to the dark side
Does he eat them or for bait ???
We never caught that many, but, we were young and fishing during the day
It'd be 50 years since I had a feed of eel

Have heard of some folk using Eel for bait in the surf zone as it stays on the hook considerably longer than most other soft-baits.
