Murray river fishing SA

Post by Jucfishing » Sat Sep 29, 2018 10:56 am

Hey everyone,
I’m on a large houseboat at the Murray until Friday and have brought 3 rods with me. I just wanted some tips on how to catch some carp and yellas and maybe even some Redfin from the SA stretch of the river. I’ve got some stump jumpers and other deep divers and also worms, bread and corn for the carp. Cheers

All of the above will work mate, there is plenty of fish in there, huge schools of yellas congregate especially along the cliffs, shrimp will work best if the water is warm enough and they are active, a hook loaded up with shrimp sitting along the cliffs or snags will get some action
