Near glass calm water at karkarook

Hi, all taken on gulp salmon eggs, bite turned off at dusk.

Nice fish mate great photo I had to look it up on google maps karkarook lake I had no idea where it was.

Blue green algae signs still up and doesn't look like clearing up anytime soon.

What's the technique for fishing here? I've been busting to go wet a line, but have had no time to go get the boat out and don't know anywhere good landbased, so this might be a good option seeing as its close to my place.

I didnt see any signs although wasnt looking out for them, used to fish newlyn res a bit few years back that lake had the signs up for bga year round, never had a problem though, reckon most lakes are like that the signs are up even if the algae is mild and intermitent,
Hammy y use a float with the eggs, maggots would be good to
