Can anyone tell me where good places are to fish around the greensborough area?

If it doesn't fit in a specific freshwater fishing section, post it here

Can anyone tell me where good places are to fish around the greensborough area?

Post by Joshski » Thu Jan 12, 2017 11:04 pm

Hi I'm pretty new to fishing and would like to know any good lakes or rivers (preferably lakes) around the greensborough area, I don't mind if I have to go out a little bit but I would also prefer a place where I don't require a fishing license, thanks.

You better find a trout farm if you don't want to buy a license, you need to have one on you whenever you are fishing.

Hi,

You could try Yarrambat lake or Mill Park Lakes however Im not sure what fish they catch there.

Maybe someone on this forum or other post on this forum could share more light what is caught in those lakes.

Good Luck.

A fishing licence is cheap and not only do you need it but by paying for it you're contributing to a sustainable fishing future.

Just pay for a licence!
