Nearly got one of these today

Thought they be good for squid n possible gars of pier...anyone use one?????
Or would they be to bright n **** to many other fishos off on a pier?
To many boats kayak, helicopter , catch a fish,catch a fish

Pretty sure they should be submerged or they get hot and when it goes back in water they break..

Had a few go on me...good thing is they are just 12v halogen lights same as i have in roof at home...lol

I have done the same. Kept it out of the water for too long and it blew lol

Got plenty of head torches....might duck tape screw one onto a pole for extra length...

Just remember you need to cart a battery around with it.
You can get the LED ones with the batteries in the handle.
