Ballan trout

Going to ballan tomorrow for work and hoping to wet a line afterwards. Anyone have any ideas of trout fishing up there?

Enter off Shaw’s rod it’s pretty low but holds trout and chinooks. The water used to come up to the train tracks at the old Melbourne rod . Pykes creek also has trout and Redfin
