Yeah, some nice roach there...

There are definitely plenty of crucians (and common/crucian-hybrids) around.

A few of the farm dams around the SE outer-suburbs have introduced crucians - There are also big ones in Lysterfield lake- (shhhh...)

Also caught then in a river in East Gippy yonks ago (the Thompson, I think?)
