Caught on chicken.
Heaps of flathead under 30 cm all put back

Managed to get a few over 30cm.
Used a different soft plastic today, which was not very affective.
Ramp was quiet, compared to previous Mondays.

 Good work bowl, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Some of those look like they are a nice size mate, 35cm+ ? the larger flatties are probably my favourite table fish tbh. I return the 55cm+ models to breed, but in PPB, I dont have to worry about that very often haha

Yeah few around 40cm.
Having flathead, squid from Kirk's point and, chips.
Lily says it smells and will most likely just eat chips.

Nice work bowl.. try the gulp. Plastics mate. They are like drugs to them lolllll.

Matt. Your trying in the wrong areas. You can get them in patto but you wil have bwtter luck at Brighton and stkilda areas.
Land based a bit harder than fishing from a boat. On a boat they are almost everywhere. I move as soon as I get flathead. Annoying lil *****....
Come to the april saltwater day at Brighton. There will be a few people trying fir them on sp land based more than happy to help you out if I'm there or someone else will
