flatty on plastic

Hi caught a about 30 odd flathead on the kokoda plastics today.
Water was so clear that you could see the flathead stalking the plastics in groups of 4n 5and could also see the banjos.
Only kept enough for a feed.

Nice flathead! Thats a decent length of line left on tag end of knot. Is that intentional or CBF?

Cbf banjo has just swallowed another plastic ,seen to make no difference to the flat head

Well done. I reckon plastics are the best way to catch flathead.

two on a paternosta,I did catch a few with pilly but they were pretty small and with plastics they were
getting bigger
