Add 1 cup of cooked rice & 1 tin of Serena tuna = instant feed :grin:

Fresh raw tuna makes delicious sushi.

Boil a pan full of pasta shells. Add tinned tuna, red pesto and sweetcorn in the desired quantities. Done.

Fresh fresh and more fresh is always the best ... the one wasn't rejected by John West

If you don't like Japanese sashimi, then cut them out in a steak size then lightly seared them on both side on a frying pan. Cut them into small sashimi size cubes and dipped into wasabi soya sauce .... ummm ... delicious :)
