It better not have been anyone from here. Got down there before sunset onto one of the inaccessable ones then couldn't get back up after it got dark. I had to go down in the dark / wet and rescue him. Could have just waded around the point but didn't want to get his feet wet. You can imagine Carl and my reactions....

hahaha that sucks, well I didn’t even make it down halfway, got stuck on a slope with sand under my feet, if I moved I was gone..
if I had the option to wade I would have done it.. ( I personally think I misjudged the way and ended up at some other dodgy ledge)
maybe some warning signs need to start being put up there, cause its just a matter of time..

Take Steve and Marek next time and if you land a barrel tell Ian you cant be mates with him anymore.. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life lol

Five barrels landed today weighing between 115 and 122kg most caught in 40-50 metres behind the rock, also a few hard luck stories including me and Alex who lost one after 3 1/2 hours, we estimated this fish to be 140kg plus.

Also heard of a 10hr fight yesterday and fish was going to be weighed this morning, but I didnt hear the result.

It's called networking. Build a network and info freely comes and goes through that network that would not ever see light of day in public like this forum.

This is pretty much perfect advice for any specialised kind of fishing.

Not even specialised fishing, just fishing in general. It's hilarious how many report chasing sheep whinge when they don't get any fish yet the same people they're trying to chase bag trip after trip
