Sometimes the charter operators offer up individual spots I saw Cini had one for today for $250 not the same as taking your own boat but still an option.

how much roughly does it cost to pull a boat to Portland and run it for a day?

$0 for me. That's because I have a work funded BP petrol card. So free juice for me.
Just need Optimax oil and launching fee.

Bugger that. Costs me $30 all up for a day trip.

rb85 id love to go solo but the 4hr drive there and 4hr drive back after being on the water would be lethal..

If your ever going on a monday or have a bit of notice for a wednesday I can usually swing a day off.
Super keen to get out there this year but so far uni and work have had other plans on all bar one occasion
