Still trying to decide myself - hoping to head up to Healseville and chase some of those Blackfish, maybe the Yarra after some Mac's or worst case TNA and finally nail the Colonel. One way or another i will wet a line once or twice.

I might go carp fishing somewhere to try and put a score on the board that's not embarrassing for this species comp.

Aire River, heading down this arvo, hopefully to land my first Jewie. Will have a crack in the river for some bream and trout and hopefully off the beach for some salmon (bait), maybe some shark or a snapper later on. Will be out tonight, Sat and Sun. Good luck to everyone!!!

I'm off to my usual haunts Brighton and/or Lagoon Pier tonight, or maybe I'll chuck in a bit of Snadringham or even Beaumaris - have tried Beaumaris yet...could be good?

If anyone is looking for a deckie I'm off all day Sunday and Monday, would be more than happy to cut bait and put in for any expenses.

Me too Sam! Maybe I'll see you there. My plan is basically the exact same, but I plan to concentrate more on the salmon and snapper. I'll hit the salmon with lures.SamJW wrote:Aire River, heading down this arvo, hopefully to land my first Jewie. Best of luck to all, hope everyone has a great long weekend and pulls a few in.
