I've also wanted to go up north and catch massive GTs on poppers in shallow, reefy water.

-Trout on SP
-First Murray Cod
-Rainbow over 40cm
-Redfin over 40cm

Any of the Marlin family would be nice, followed by G.T., Wahoo, 60+ cm Snapper the list goes on but that will do for now

here is my list. I will catch all of these on circle hooks:

1. Silverfish
2. Anchovy
3. Whitebait
4. Bluebait
5. Dolphin
6. Seal
7. Whale

I'll break my answer up a bit

from the yak I'd like to catch and good sized kingfish and a Jew
from the beach a shark over 3 meters
and almost any fresh water fish and they seem the hardest to catch

The son got back from Fraser 2 weeks ago and had 1 of these in the esky. He caught it on a pilchard and it measured 43cm. :thumbsup:

no 1. Chinaman 5kg+
no 2. big Saratoga
no 3. 10kg Queenfish.
no 4. Diamond trevally
no 5. 90cm+ snapper in shallowish waters
