One of the fishing magazines had an article about eating one of the ray species.

i thought eagle rays would be at the top of the list for one of the best eating rays? correct me if im wrong? ( ive never tried so i wouldnt know )

It could be, the article actually said what ever the species was, that they were good eating.

If you want to try Stingray there is a restaurant called Claypots in Barkly Street, St Kilda that has stingray on the menu. (Tapas style)

I don't know what type of stingray it is, and I do not encourage anyone to keep stingrays, but it does taste great!

after meals, do they hand over the barbs to be used as toothpick :lol:
