In short the common eagle ray is generally harmless to humans but would still bloody hurt if you got tagged by its rear end.

hrmm.. if i would to guess.. im pretty sure id class that one as a spotted... cause a common eagle would be in a plain colour and no spots.. regardless of which is which id still wouldnt take my chances.. lool :lolf:
