found this tied up to the rail on the bend at brighton pier tight as to the snag in the water tied directly to a small hook using a eazy rig for the sinker my guess 100lb braid what the hell are they expecting to catch ? to break braid wrap around something solid and a quick sharp pull easy as i use the braid breaker tool saves cuts to the hands
