Personally I haven't but my cousins have tried and a couple of other people that are down there have tried. Last time I was down there there's no trespassing signs on the fence where it's on the rocks. As jsonh said he's well known for telling people to get off his land. Now that I have a picture on my phone showing the the pcrz if he has a problem he can take it up with the government. I'd do it in a polite and calm way of course but he's got no right (as far as I can tell) to stop people walking along the rocks.
