Coast Guard high and dry on Elizabeth Island, WP

Post by Redhunter » Fri Jan 23, 2015 5:22 pm

Hi all,

I just saw on 9news that the coast guard ran aground on Elizabeth Island, Western Port, at approx 2am last night. By that, I mean the cat must have nearly got air, cos at high tide it would still have been high and dry. Apparently their gps played up....hmm.

I still dont get it. Surely the captain of a coast gaurd boat would be carefull and have experience of the area. Spot on nude up he must have been flying to get that far up.
