Sadly problems occur from both sides of the fence. Sometimes it is through ignorance, intolerance or a feeling of superiority.
A feeling of superiority would seem to be more present within certain groups of people.(**** it is so hard to be politically correct)
I have witnessed within my own group, but have also witnessed, observed and experienced it from other groups of people who seem to think that they have a sense of entitlement.
