Snapper - Deep yet?

Post by yepi'mon » Wed Dec 07, 2016 10:23 am

Hi Guys

Heading out this arvo from Black Rock and whilst we have had continuous success at about the 17m line of Black Rock, I am starting to get the feeling that the fish have moved out a bit deeper (from other peoples reports).

I am thinking this afternoon to leave the 17m line behind and try out near the shipping channel. Does any one have any suggestions for an area to start out deeper, not to far of from Black Rock?

Thanks guys,

Mattblack

Any luck? You picked a cracker of a day (8.30'ish high tide, 8.30 sunset, 1st quarter moon....)
