Saw that once at San Remo jetty when a young seal bailed-up a passing school of pinkies. A couple of blokes managed to scoop a few up in a landing net.

Also saw a school of bigger fish do the same thing (although didn't see any seal) at Cowes jetty early one morning...

Reminds me of this old video that did the rounds a few years ago from Wyalla, South Australia. (They really do come in shallow at times. Great for the Landbased fisho's)
